The #GETDOWNSTAYDOWN Cardio Step Class is for all fitness levels. We will be using a step board incorporating simple movements – on, off and around the board. This is a full body workout using body weight and small dumbbells. You will experience one hour of heart pounding movements designed to target the entire body!

Flexibility is achievable for everyone. This class is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body, which is especially important if your goal is to achieve new poses in your practice! Each 60-minute class focuses on a different area of the body and uses three crucial elements of developing flexibility: dynamic stretching to build full range of motion so you can get into positions with ease. Intentional holds to open your body even deeper, and intuitive movement to tune into your body and feel which areas need the most attention.
