Mood, Stretch & Mobility – 10 am
Instructor: Instructor: Timesha Moody (IG: @bodybymoody)

This class focuses on different decompression flow movements and stretches to help improve flexibility as well joint range of motion! 
 
Are you experiencing lower back and hip tightness? Then this is the class for you!
 
Drop-In Fee: $15
 
Trap Yoga (Eazy) – 11 am
Instructor: @Trapyogaatl

60-minutes full body yoga flow led by @yogaplayground. Explore the fundamental postures of Vinyasa yoga, set to trap music playlists. Trap yoga is an all-levels, foundations-building class. Beginners are welcome. Come ready to work every muscle as we vibe and link breath to movement.

Drop-In Fee: $15

Trampolean Fitness – 7:30 PM

Instructor: Brittany (@trampoleanfitness)

If you don’t think trampoline fitness can make you sweat and burn calories… think again!@needmorebrit designed this class to heat up the entire body with jumping movements that are absorbed to reserve the joints (the knees).

Note: Weights may be used.

Glute Camp – 7:30 Pm

Instructors: Halani Lobdell (@mrs2weeksout) &  Brodney (@brodney)

This is the most in demand lower body focused class in Atlanta! 1 Hour of FAT Blasting, Glute Sculpting moves! This class will help you tone, tighten & lift in all the right places!

Drop-In Fee: $20

Bodiotics w/Amber (@iamsteelefit) –  7:30 pm

Bodiotics is a dance class that incorporates dance moves with cardio and fitness that will make you break a sweat while torching calories! 

Drop-In Fee: $15

Get Down Stay Down – 7:30 pm

Instructor: EJ (@staydownej)

The #GETDOWNSTAYDOWN Cardio Step Class is for all fitness levels.  We will be using a step board incorporating simple movements – on, off and around the board. This is a full body workout using body weight and small dumbbells. You will experience one hour of heart pounding movements designed to target the entire body!

BodyPop Fitness – 9:00 am
Instructor – @iambodypopfitness

I take the traditional barre workout experience and break it down! Barre classes combine ballet, yoga, pilates and strength training to create long, lean muscles and a strong core while increasing flexibility, and toning that peach. The BodyPop approach helps you to look, feel & think like the baddie you are!

I like to make every workout a vibe, so I’ll be bringing you that 🔥🔥 with soca, afrobeats, dancehall, r&b & hip-hop. Expect to whine & werk your entire body!

Suitable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS!

All you need is a mat, towel, water & a bomb attitude.

Oh My Glutes – 10:00 am Instructor – @_mecca

“Oh My Glutes” is a Lower Body workout designed to slim your waist, and build that lower body. The workout utilizes “Oh My Glutes” Resistance bands and light weights in many different ways for a thorough strength training session; targeting your Glutes, Thighs, and Midsection. Mecca has put together the most effective booty exercises that you will perform via high-intensity bursts with short rest periods in between. This is the perfect blend of HIIT, and strength/resistance training.

Twerk N Sweat – 11:15 am
Instructor: Monay (@litraining)

Enjoy a quality body-weight group fitness class. This class is a fun way to twerk those calories off! Monay keeps the class LIT with her high energy and dope dance moves.

King Michael’s Dance Fit Class  – 12:30 Pm

Dance Fitness is a win win! Dance those pounds off and have a good time doing it! Michael is a choreographer from the UK who loves to dance Hip Hop, Pop, & Afro beats. Join him Every Tuesday before Glute Camp!
